Plato’s once said “You cannot lie to the deepest part of yourself.” This is spot on, and I urge you to incorporate the habit of examining your life periodically. Make it a habit to review your life path and choices. Rid yourself of feelings of guilt associated with the aforementioned task. Be kind and compassionate to others and most importantly to yourself. Do not get caught up in the emotions of a situation that has been getting to you. Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Reenter life in a richer, more compassionate manner. Pay attention to your inner rush of feelings.

Rather be filled with gratitude and joy by working on your passion projects. Strive to inspire, uplift and enlighten others to live their best lives. Enjoy helping people to unlock their innate superpowers that will help them to live their best lives. Become a good listener, because through being allowed to tell their stories people are able to identify issues that they are grappling with. They hear how their choices played out which allows them to make choices that serve them best. Remember to always keep in mind that the person is not the problem, the problem is the problem. Everyone needs a witness to their life/existence, so be that witness for others by hearing them out. Practice dreaming, enjoy life, be constantly seeking knowledge and experiences that facilitate expansion of your being. To grow wise, you must remain a student. Adapt the aphorism of Nietzsche ‘He who has a why to live can bear almost any how’.

This directly equates to having a reason to live which will allow you to overcome obstacles.

Your willpower is your biggest ally, never forget

Try to live by the profound adage “Sound is our mind. Silence is our being.” When you learn to quieten your mind, you will hear your soul speak and get in tune with your existence. When you incorporate this mantra, you will truly witness its positive effect on your life.

There are greater forces at work in the world, forces that are more powerful than the physical things your five senses can perceive. Awakening to the divinity within you allows for a more peaceful and balanced approach to life and living. By turning your focus inward, you will have the opportunity to discover and grow into all that you came here to be.
