Dealing with heartbreak is excruciatingly painful, but so necessary. You may feel that your world has shattered irrevocably into a million pieces, but just hold onto your faith and believe that you will get through and over this heartbreak. Know that it will take all your courage, strength and all your willpower to continue onward when you feel like someone has switched off the light and left you in the dark, utterly alone and bereft.
Know that you can and will overcome this tragedy and unbreak your heart so that you can restore your faith that good things will come your way. Your person is out there and one day you will find one another; therefore, do not lose your faith.
It is necessary for you to process the hurt by allowing yourself to plunge into the river of pain. Know that when you allow the pain to flow through you in its entirety unrestricted it will dissipate naturally leaving you exhausted but emotionally balanced. Crying is the best organic way of releasing pain for sure, just do it in a safe space.
This is the ideal time to restore, renew and even reinvent yourself. Liberate yourself by crushing all restrictions, false self-scripts, limitations, resistance and control. Rejection is agonizingly painful and requires you to dig deep to find the inner strength to get you through the terrible heartache and despair that accompanies rejection.
You need to reflect on the past in order to release the pain and unbreak your heart. This process will help you regain your trust, faith and hope in love and life. It will help you to release the fear, anxiety and mistrust that is crippling you emotionally. Reflection will help you to have the necessary breakthrough that awareness brings regarding the truth of the situation. This clarity will aid in your recovery from the rejection.
Understand that your heartache and loss is causing you to radiate unconsciously a “leave me the fuck alone, do not approach, stay away from me.” which stems from your mistrust.
This explains your lack of attracting new love into your life, even though you have levelled up by practicing self-love and you are truly baffled and mystified why you haven't attracted a true love yet. The love drought is real, so decide what you are going to do about it.
Know you cannot manifest anything if you are in a low vibrational state. Understand you can only attract love when you release all bitterness and especially desperation.
Instead, intentionally generate happy vibes to manifest your life partner by practicing mindset practices such as mindfulness, spending time in nature, playing with children and pets as their utter delight in life will ignite your own joy in life.
Fight your fears when it comes to forming a new intimate relationship. You need to release fear and anxiety in order for new love to enter your life.
Journaling is a good way to gain clarity and become emotionally balanced as it allows you to vent and address all your frustrations, anger and resentment.
Know that it doesn't serve you to allow past hurts into new relationships. Let go of emotional baggage such as trust issues and regret to embrace a fresh new start.
You need to prepare yourself for something new to blossom. Actually, decide to close off the fear and regain your faith and trust and hope in life, so do the necessary to close off the cycle of fear. Leave it behind, eliminate it from your life once and for all, and move forward. Be ready for love if you want love, you have a choice. Recognize that you are at a crossroad. Be brave and face life without fear. If you want something new, leave and stop repeating old patterns.
Embrace the energy of new ways of looking at life, trust in your intuition, your spirit always knows. Stop missing the opportunities for a fresh start. You have done the necessary work to love yourself and now you are ready to share yourself with a significant other. You will be healed and whole, having done the transformation. Therefore, leave the past in the past and embrace the here and now.
Know that when the Divine removes a person from your life it's because they were not right for you, so release any doubts and insecurities you may have and be done with it in order to get emotional closure and move forward. This will allow you to move forward, whole in body, mind and spirit. Your trust, hope and faith that the Universe will give you the loving relationship that you so desire, fully restored. Remember you can do it. You have got this.

Have the courage to let go so that you can use your energy to create new things that will reinvigorate you. This will help restore your faith, trust and hope in love and life again, which will allow you to live life wholeheartedly.
