Unfold your life with Love

Creating a life you love is a process, not a destination. Enjoy the journey and let your heart lead the way. Make choices that are underwritten by love and informed by your mind. Don't let past hurts define you. You have the power to liberate yourself from endless looping pain and move forward toward a brighter future. 

Let go of what no longer serves you and embrace healing and growth. Emotions are guides, do not let them rule you. Use them to gain insight into your surroundings and the people around you. Process your pain, forgive, and move on to find future joys. Your response to life's challenges is what shapes you. Root yourself in love, let your heart guide you, and create a life story you're proud of.  

Consciously choose to manifest love in all situations to reclaim your life. Focus on expanding your mind by nurturing your inner growth and cultivating personal power to reclaim control over your life. The key to finding your own awakening is to develop a strong sense of self. Take time to connect with your innate wisdom and receive guidance from your higher self. Release all that is not you to find your own awakening. Remove the social mask and embrace your personal truth, unapologetically showing the world all your colors. 

Remember that to live and speak your truth releases you from the shackles of others' expectations and definitions. Live your truth and own it. Take charge of your life by reclaiming yourself and start living with grace. You are never too old to hit your stride and thrive.  

Choose to live a life of satisfaction through improving and enhancing all aspects of your life. Reclaiming your true self is key to awakening to your full potential. Remember that you are all possibilities, don’t conform to fit another’s limited definition of who and what you are.  

Face the truths of your life. Be brave and deal with the truth of having compromised your integrity by committing a breach of conduct that touched your sense of self-respect and bruised your soul. Right the wrong. You can do it. Heal yourself. Realize that no one sets the tone of your life, except you. Self-control is a superpower formed in the mind and affects the veracity of all other attributes. It's the muscle in your toolbox of life skills that keeps you from giving in to your impulses. Use it. 

Living consciously facilitates your betterment and helps you to reclaim your true self. Actively choose to love, respect, and nurture yourself in all circumstances. You are a cosmic spark, don't let anyone or anything cancel your brilliance. Step into your destiny and share your unique gifts and deepest passions with the world. Let love be your frequency to heal and shift into a new paradigm.

Incorporate self-care practices into your life that will allow you to Reassess, Refocus, Realign, Readjust and Reaffirm yourself on a regular basis as insurance for your overall well-being, protecting your happiness by ensuring you never lose your sense of joie-de-vivre. 

Make life choices that integrate and celebrate your truth. How you think or act is wholly your responsibility. Nobody makes you feel anything but you. You decide how you feel; nobody can make you mad, bad, or glad, it's solely your decision. Your LifeView is the measuring stick you use to make sense of your world and deconstructing it is the journey of questioning the genesis of your beliefs, biases and preferences. It's figuring out the truth of your foundation; sand or rock?  

Recognize that emotional rage is the result of betrayal, most oftentimes your own. Not owning your truth robs you of inner peace as you are in discord with your soul. Don't let blame bury you deeper into your pain as it prevents you from moving on. Do not let your challenges and triumphs turn you into what pleases others, to the detriment of your authentic self. Growth does not equate to inhabiting a fake persona. You cannot lie to the deepest part of yourself. Conformity is overrated, authenticity is priceless.

It's your emotional hurts that allow you the opportunity to gain valuable self-knowledge and insight into your psyche and by default allow you to be more compassionate. Realize that Emotional anguish is the energy that cracks your defensive shell open allowing your true self to surface. 

Now is the time to Liberate yourself from the mental cage of endless looping pain, long after the event. Healing is just a thought away as it's your thoughts that are keeping you suffering by your refusal to forgive and move on. Decide to do what is good for you; forgive, heal and release. Recognize that the chains that bind you to bad situations are placed there by yourself. Know for sure that moving on emotionally is only as difficult as you decide it to be. Realize that blaming anyone is not in line with right living. Non-blaming forces you to step up to level up. Each relationship teaches you something about yourself and helps you to recognize your worth, so each relationship plays a role in shaping you and moving you forward to understanding yourself better. No event you survived should define you by keeping you entrapped in yesterday. Shake it off. Explore the situation to gain clarity, healing and integrate the knowledge gleaned from the lesson learned into your hall of wisdom. Move on, no longer in victim mode. Know that you have what it takes to get things moving for you and take inspired action. Release self-doubt. Do not fear but learn to tolerate uncertainty. Do not allow yourself to be engulfed and drowned by hopelessness or allow challenges to sink you into the depths of despair. Have faith that better things are awaiting you.  Realize that your WILL only does your bidding. Nobody can heal your emotional hurts for you, but you. Release your pain and tears. Love is the ultimate liberator as the passion it inflames devours all the hubris that entrap your true essence, giving you strength in weakness, freeing you to love and be loved. Decide today that you are not going to let another’s action imprint on your psyche and steal your happiness. Work on processing the hurt, the pain, the anger until you get to a space where you can forgive and let go, no longer triggered.

Do not tolerate anyone that breaks down your sense of self. Let them go and grow. Shut out the negativity of others. Do not allow them to dim your brilliance, withdraw your energy and focus on what feeds your happiness and builds you up. Listen to your spirit. Know that things will change for the better.  

Recognize that mind-made narratives about your life just disempower you. Instead release your insecurities and frustrations as it just takes you out of the universal flow, bringing blockages and distress. When you look with your heart the sacred within you will recognize and appreciate the beauty in the world, for the Divine’s essence permeates everything. Only when you truly love and accept yourself in your entirety will you be able to make manifest your desires.

To be your most truthful self is to release yourself from other peoples’ expectations and definitions; to live your truth and own it. Guard against falling into an unhealthy pattern of negative words, thoughts and feelings by cultivating a mindful life approach that will help you in maintaining emotional balance for overall well-being. 

Find your strength in love so that you can blaze forth triumphantly, not allowing the vagaries of life to rob you of your crown of well-being, which is priceless. Reframing your thoughts to adopt a more positive stance enhances your ability to enjoy a happy and successful life. Expressing appreciation for your life is a quick way to inject positivity into your mindset. It can act like a scattering of breadcrumbs that show you the way out of the forest of negative thoughts.  

Know that evolving is a life-long process. Life challenges you not to diminish yourself but to familiarize you with the deep truth that love is key in bringing you to wholeness within yourself. Let your thoughts build you not break you.  

Take a moment and be quiet, the better to hear and decipher your thought patterns. Know that Only your mindset has the power to switch the challenges you're facing into opportunities. Recognize that Being grateful is not only the mere utterance of gratitude but a way of seeding happiness within your soul.

Memories of past painful experiences linger and if you don't address and resolve past hurts, it will dictate and affect your future negatively. Learn from the past, do not dwell there. 

Switch awareness to the here and now, surrendering to ‘what is’, no judgement. Allow the fullness of the moment to awash your senses. Release expectations and embrace ‘what is’, with love and acceptance. Be still and go within, that is where all the magic happens. 

Recognize that just like a tree sheds dead leaves you too should release things that keep you stuck in hopeless situations that drain your energy. Let go so that you can create new things. Accepting ‘what is’ is the only space from which you can effectuate choices in alignment with your higher self. Acceptance frees you emotionally and brings you back to yourself. 

Stay in alignment to empower your choices. Each day heralds a fresh start, CHOOSE, either to Hold on to the dredges of yesterday, or seize the NEW day. Focus on living in the NOW, not shackled to yesterday nor holding out for a tomorrow that may never be.

Acknowledge the hurt, process it and then let it go, that is, remove the thorn so that it can't cause more pain. Why, you ask? Know that the mind tends to zero in on past hurts. Focusing on uplifting moments is better than dwelling on past hurts. Forgiving is hard, but holding grudges only hurts you as holding onto grudges allows resentment to seep into your bones, causing bitterness to sour your life. True healing cannot take place until you forgive. 

When your sense of Self is bruised leaving you with a sense of unworthiness and fear of true intimacy, know that you can't heal negativity with more of the same. Look at the situation from a soul perspective, that is, with compassion, forgiveness and love to affect healing.  

Guard against falling into an unhealthy pattern of negative words, thoughts and feelings that cause you emotional distress by cultivating a mindful life approach that will help you in maintaining emotional balance. Cut out the negative thoughts and feelings that keep you in the land of misery. Recognize that negative thinking is self-inflicted suffering that skewers the way you view yourself and the world at large. Help yourself to yourself.  

Recognize that the healing process reorients you towards meta-awareness in relation to your present-moment experience concerning your LifeView. Know that the examination of Self facilitates insight into the blueprint of your Life as learning to connect with your inner wisdom is vital for constructing a Life that resonates with and honors your truth. Your LifeView rests on your value system, your non-negotiables, which is foundational to your life design. Everyone has an internal guidance system, your inner wisdom which helps you understand yourself and your role in life. Know for sure that If you correct your mind, the rest of your life will fall in alignment. 

Reality check and evaluate the stories you tell about yourself as it will allow you to gain a better perspective on how you want to move forward; graced by a compassionate perspective, understanding that You have the power to choose how you decide to react to your history. This is self-mastery.  

Do not stay in the energy of lack or stuck in your struggles. Open your heart to love and life to resurface ready to move forward in abundance. Recognize that struggles are life lessons to help you to elevate yourself to the next level. You are ready. You can do it.
