The Ego is a veil between humans and God. In prayer all are equal - Rumi

It is love that makes the heart radiate like the sun bringing hope and joy into your existence. The absence of love equates to a disconnect from your soul and by default, Source and causes emotional numbness leading you to try and think your way through life which makes for a mundane existence devoid of joy as it is Love that allows you to experience the beauty of life. It is love that strengthens you to keep your heart open and love generously despite the pain of defeat in love because each heartbreak acts like a catalyst that breaks down barriers that impede your ability to love unconditionally. It is LOVE that connects you to the sacred which strengthen you to unveil your true self; for love sets fire to your soul, purifying you as it burns away all that is not you, allowing you to blossom into the fulness of you and radiate all your colours unapologetically; knowing that the only acceptance that counts is your own. Tears restore the soul by letting it release overwhelming feelings leaving you calm as the emotional storm has spent itself; washed away the debris ready for your soul to be restored just like the rainbow signals everything is going to be ok, after a rainstorm.

By neglecting the feelings emoted by our soul we become emotionally bankrupt and fail to recognize that the mind should be in service to the heart; for only then can we live as one, connected heart to heart through the universal flow of love. Know that the heart is the translator for the mind; translating messages from the soul. The heart connected to the soul bears no malice so will never advocates harm to others or nature, abiding by the natural ebb and flow of life, creating a better life according to the highest good for all. Your naked body should only belong to those who fall in love with your naked soul - Charlie Chaplin

Look around and see loving couples venerating each other despite their bodies not fitting society’s ideal . You see true love is totally accepting as you look with your heart and not only your eyes. Your union is based on a soul-heart connection, which is not dependent on the shape of your body or the look of your face. Recognize that it is your inner state that is the deciding factor, as far as attracting true love is. True love looks past so-called imperfections as the attraction is the beauty of your soul and heart. Look on these experiences as lessons that you need to learn for your own growth. Cultivate discernment in knowing what serves you and allow you to soar and what hurts you and puts you in chains. Being grateful for every opportunity, every setback, and every blessing in your life is key to elevate and stay in grace. If you are able to see your life as full of abundance, you will feel less desire to fill it with things that do not bring your soul happiness.

The soul is the truth of who we are - Marianne Williamson

Your heart is the conduit that brings unity between spirit and matter, which allows you to experience the sacred within. Heart-centered living is defined as living in alignment with your true self; that is, from your soul. You permit love to underscore your every thought, word, and deed. Do not confuse being heart-centered with being weak or overly emotional. Being heart-centered equates to being a warrior of light as it allows you to deal with the agonies and ecstasies of life in accordance with the guidance of your higher self. It takes formidable fortitude to remain in your truth and rooted in love when dealing with the vagaries of life. You are no longer dependent upon others or material things to bring about happiness, peace, or acceptance because you've strengthened that on your own. Remember, your ego is not the enemy. This is about opening your heart even to your own closed-hardheartedness. Be compassionate to yourself and others for the more you allow your soul to be in peace, the more you shall achieve what makes you happy.

When the ego dies, the soul awakes - Mahatma Gandhi

Make this the year that you start heeding the guidance of your soul by asking yourself “what does my heart say my soul needs. "The heart feels what the mind cannot see as it is the link between spirit and matter for it translates and emotes to the mind the guidance of the soul. When you live and move in love you become in sync with the sacred within you that allows you to surrender to the universal flow of life. You will find your strength in love which will allow you to ‘Let Go and let God.’ Know that when you are rooted in love you understand that your ever-changing life circumstances is designed not to break you; rather your hurt acts as a furnace that burns away the dross allowing you to love with generous abandonment which returns you to yourself, to your authentic self that embodies unconditional love. The principal needs of the ego are survival, safety and security. The soul creates the ego around the age of two to act as a buffer to protect itself from the pain of separation it experiences when it is operating in a three-dimensional material world. The soul is a true reflection of the Spirit, and is therefore pure. In a worldly person, the ego is the guiding principle of all thoughts, feelings, and aspirations. As your ego dies off, you start to live from a place of more love and light and you elevate into a new way of being, more in sync with true nature, occupying a higher vibrational state.

Know this, that inner peace allows you to intuitively act in accordance to your highest good and infuse you with a deep sense of calm and fullness of joy, even amidst chaos and turmoil. When you do the right thing, you will enjoy the sense of serenity and perfect peace that accompanies it. Peace of mind is not depended on your external circumstances. Quietude allows you to go within and connect with the sacred that resides within you that gifts you the intuitive comprehension that worrying offers no solution and sickens your body, mind and soul. Comprehend that worrying is a mind coitus of the highest order as it doesn't solve any problems but instead rob you of enjoying inner peace. This understanding that nothing outside of you can affect your true essence serves you into living wholeheartedly and unapologetically, not allowing outside circumstances to rob you of being at ease within yourself.
