Don’t give up, instead, dig deep, do whatever to restore your faith and grab and drag your resilience forth. Oftentimes we want to numb our pain with drink, drugs or sleep. Don’t! Don't do it. You need to remain sharp, clear-headed and ready to take action. Only action will get you out of your little hell, remember that.
Yes, if you have been battling to make sense of a rapidly changing world and life seems to be hard, chaotic or staid with no visible relieve in sight, just keep on going. Don’t stop. Remember, though challenging times is an inevitable and integral component of life, there are many practices that will nourish and sustain your body, mind and soul so that you don’t have to suffer needlessly.

Recognise that only you can get you to the finish line. Take time to partake in creative activities such as arts and crafts, that sustain and feed your soul. Stoke your resilience by noticing and celebrating your accomplishments. Believe you are enough, nurture your spirit and soul. Allow yourself to accept the help and support of your fellow journeyman, nobody said you have to do it alone.

Spending time amidst the greenery will sooth your soul and, reinspire, reignite, reinvigorate and restore yourself optimally so you can continue your life journey. It allows you to connect to your inner wisdom, so listen and hear what it is telling you, let your intuition be your guide. Remember it is your faith in the Divine and in yourself that fuels you. Faith is your power source, the soul-battery that keeps you going, enabling you to take leaps of faith over life’s hurdles, so ensure you keep it fuelled. Fuel it with uplifting thoughts to keep it going. Actively look with your heart for the love, light and blessings arriving in inconspicuous ways into your everyday. Seek and find it and express gratitude for it and for yourself. Appreciate your efforts and resilience.
Stop reaching outwards and instead reach within yourself. Cultivate your resilience by maintaining a positive attitude and focus on what you can do, on what you have. Stop wasting your precious time mulling over your woes and on matters outside your locus of control. It is not your circumstances but your response that will dictate whether you sink or swim. Therefore, go ahead and shower your weary soul with loving kindness and compassion, not with self-recriminations.
Believe in yourself and trust that the Universe has your back. Sometimes it is important to simply let go and trust. Connect with your inner self, your soul by doing things that make you giddy with joy, that fulfils you and is in alignment with your true purpose. Understand that these painful and unsettling situations are temporary, and that this too, like everything else, shall pass.
